Job summary

Feamish Business Solutions India is seeking an experienced Zoho Implementation & Automation Specialist to join our team in Calicut. You will implement, customize, and manage Zoho applications to streamline business operations and boost productivity.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Zoho One, Deluge scripting, API integrations, and cross-functional collaboration. You will train staff and provide ongoing support, ensuring smooth deployments across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and customizing the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho SalesIQ and other Zoho apps.
• Experience with Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflows.
• Understanding of sales, accounting, and customer support processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Zoho solutions.
• Experience in user training and documentation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho SalesIQ, and other Zoho applications.
• Customize modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and automation based on business requirements.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party platforms and APIs.
• Migrate customer and financial data from existing systems to Zoho.
• Design reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
• Train employees on Zoho applications and provide ongoing technical support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize existing Zoho implementations.
• Collaborate with management to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and customizing the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Experience with workflow automation, Deluge scripting, and API integrations is highly preferred.
• Understanding of sales, accounting, customer support, and business operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
• Experience in user training and documentation is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho Certified Professional (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in Zoho implementation and business process automation.
