Job summary

The Concrete Shop in Sarkhej, Gujarat is seeking a skilled IT & Zoho Architect to develop, implement, and manage the Zoho-ERP ecosystem across all business functions. You will configure CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Recruit, Projects, Desk, Creator, Analytics, and more, while automating processes and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 3–6 years of Zoho implementation, ERP development, CRM administration, or IT infra experience.
• Hands-on Zoho ecosystem and ERP implementation experience preferred.

Job description

1. JOB PURPOSE:

To develop, implement, and manage the complete digital ecosystem of The Concrete Shop, a design-led concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd., by configuring and optimizing the Zoho suite, ERP, CRM, and business automation systems while ensuring smooth IT infrastructure, asset management, vendor coordination, and technology support. The role is responsible for enabling seamless business operations, improving process efficiency, supporting franchise digital systems, and driving technology-led business growth. As a rapidly growing organization, the role requires a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the willingness to embrace cross-functional responsibilities, continuously learn, take initiative beyond defined responsibilities, and contribute wherever required to support the Company's growth and operational excellence.

2. ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Zoho ERP & Business System Development

• Develop, implement, and manage the complete Zoho ecosystem across all business functions.
• Configure and maintain Zoho applications including CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Recruit, Projects, Desk, Creator, Analytics, and other relevant modules.
• Design and continuously improve ERP workflows to streamline business operations.
• Automate business processes using Zoho applications and integrations.
• Ensure seamless integration between different Zoho modules and third-party applications.

B. CRM & Franchise ERP Management

• Configure, manage, and optimize the Company's CRM system.
• Develop and maintain franchise management modules within the ERP.
• Configure lead management, customer journey, sales pipeline, and reporting systems.
• Support franchise onboarding, dealer management, and business process automation.
• Ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and CRM adoption across departments.

C. IT Infrastructure & Asset Management

• Manage Company's IT infrastructure including computers, laptops, printers, biometric systems, networking devices, CCTV, internet connectivity, and communication systems.
• Maintain and monitor IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and AMC records.
• Coordinate installation, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system availability.

D. User Support & IT Operations

• Provide technical support to employees across all departments.
• Resolve hardware, software, network, email, and application-related issues.
• Configure user accounts, permissions, devices, and system access.
• Conduct user training for Zoho applications and internal systems.

E. Vendor Management & Procurement

• Coordinate with IT vendors, software providers, internet service providers, CCTV vendors, and technology partners.
• Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and related services.
• Monitor vendor performance, contracts, AMC renewals, and service quality.
• Coordinate external technology support whenever required.

F. Process Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization across business functions.
• Develop workflows, approval systems, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Improve operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
• Support implementation of new digital initiatives and business systems.

G. Data Management, Reporting & Security

• Develop business dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical reports.
• Ensure accuracy, security, confidentiality, and integrity of Company data.
• Maintain user access controls and system permissions.
• Support business intelligence and management reporting.

H. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with Company's IT policies, security standards, software licensing requirements, and data protection practices.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, ERP processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Continuously recommend improvements to business systems and technology infrastructure.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Management to support business growth and operational excellence.

5. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Zoho implementation, ERP development, CRM administration, IT infrastructure, or business systems management.
• Hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem and ERP implementation will be preferred.
