Job summary

InspireXT is seeking an experienced Zoho One Administrator & Developer to lead the administration, optimization, development, and support of the Zoho One ecosystem across the organization. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Zoho administration, customization, and development experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-wide Zoho One implementations and support.
• Hands-on with Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and process orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining REST API integrations and third-party connectors.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, security, and access controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Zoho One suite (CRM, Projects, Books, Recruitment, Expenses, People).
• Develop and deploy custom Deluge scripts, workflows, and functions to automate processes.
• Build and maintain custom modules, layouts, and integrations using Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow.
• Create and manage API integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug scripts and integrations to ensure reliable automation.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption.
• Maintain governance, security, and access controls across the Zoho ecosystem.
• Monitor performance, backups, and data integrity across Zoho apps.

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One Administrator & Developer to lead the administration, optimization, development, and support of the Zoho One ecosystem across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Zoho applications, implementing automations, developing integrations, enhancing user experience, and driving continuous improvements aligned with business objectives.

Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Optimize Zoho One Suite

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Zoho One suite, including applications such as Zoho CRM, Projects, Books, Recruitment, Expenses, and People.
  
• Manage user accounts, security settings, permissions, and data governance across all platforms.
  
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
  
• Perform regular backups and data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  
• Provide ongoing support for the Zoho environment while aligning with IT policies and business goals.
  
• Design, develop, and deploy custom Deluge scripts, workflows, and functions to automate business processes across Zoho applications.
  
• Build and maintain custom modules, layouts, and integrations using Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow.
  
• Develop and manage API integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems.
  
• Create custom Blueprint workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to support business logic.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug custom scripts and integrations to ensure reliable functioning of automated processes.
  

Enhance User Experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations.
  
• Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
  
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for user management and access controls.
  
• Proactively recommend and implement the right Zoho applications to meet business needs.
  

Provide User Support

• Serve as the primary contact for Zoho-related queries and issues.
  
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support across the Zoho One suite.
  
• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to drive adoption and effective utilization.
  
• Stay informed about Zoho updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  
• Evaluate and implement new Zoho applications and features where appropriate.
  
• Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
  
• Create and maintain Blueprints to ensure consistency and efficiency in system implementation.
  
• Promote knowledge sharing, self-learning, and continuous improvement across the team.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Zoho administration, customization, and development.

• Experience working with cross-functional business teams and stakeholders.
