Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is hiring a Zoho CRM specialist to configure and maintain Zoho modules, forms, and dashboards, while aligning the website with CRM workflows. You will manage lead routing, pipelines, quotations and data quality, and automate sales processes with Zoho tools and low‑code solutions.

You will also support users, fix issues, and drive adoption across the sales team, leveraging APIs and Zoho Flow where needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zoho CRM experience (2+ years).
• Experience configuring CRM workflows, automation and reporting.
• Experience managing websites, web forms and CRM integrations.
• Degree in CS/IT/IS/SE/BCA or related field.
• Knowledge of APIs and Zoho Flow; Zoho certification a plus.
• Regular user of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in daily work.

Our org runs its sales on Zoho CRM. This role owns the CRM and the website that feeds it.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Configure and customise Zoho CRM modules, fields, pipelines, workflows, Blueprints, dashboards and reports.
• Manage the linked website: content updates, forms, lead capture and CRM integration.
• Make sure website enquiries are captured, routed, tracked and followed up in Zoho CRM.
• Look after lead management, sales pipelines, quotations and customer data quality.
• Automate sales processes using Zoho tools and low-code solutions.
• Fix CRM and website issues, support users and improve adoption across the sales team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience.
• Experience with CRM configuration, workflows, automation and reporting.
• Experience managing websites, web forms and CRM integrations.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, BCA or a related field.
• Knowledge of APIs and Zoho Flow is a plus, and Zoho certification is an advantage.
• Regular user of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily work.
