Job summary

Dermatouch in Ahmedabad, India seeks a Zoho CRM administrator to manage and optimize the Zoho CRM ecosystem. You will handle data, modules, fields, pipelines, and user access, and build workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge.

You will also develop basic custom functions, support API integrations and third-party tool connections, and create reports and dashboards to track sales and campaign performance while maintaining data hygiene.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho ecosystem.
• Deluge—mandatory.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Exposure to Zoho Flow or Zapier is preferred.
• Good understanding of CRM workflows and automation.
• Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting/analytics.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities
