We are looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist who can manage, customize, and optimize our CRM ecosystem to drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. This role requires a mix of CRM expertise, automation skills, and basic coding knowledge to build scalable systems and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility, and smooth operations
• Design and execute targeted campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation
• Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge
• Develop and manage integrations with internal and third‑party tools via APIs and webhooks
• Create customer segmentation strategies for lifecycle marketing (lead nurturing, retention, re‑engagement)
• Generate reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to track campaign and sales performance
• Ensure CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and compliance with data privacy standards
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM usage and efficiency

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of Deluge (mandatory)
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation tools (Zoho Flow, Zapier, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with Excel / reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
