Job summary

SynapseIndia is seeking a Sr. Consultant (Zoho) to understand client processes and translate needs into functional specifications.

You will design and implement Zoho solutions across CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, Analytics, Projects, and Flow while configuring modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and dashboards. Responsibilities include API integrations, documentation, UAT support, deployment, and post-implementation fixes, with an emphasis on process improvement and reliable, scalable Zoho

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator/Books/Desk/Analytics.
• Good understanding of CRM and business processes such as Sales, Lead Management, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations.
• Knowledge of Zoho workflows, Blueprint, Functions, Reports, Dashboards, and Automation.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Excellent requirement-gathering and communication skills.
• Ability to create functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes, requirements, and pain points.
• Conduct requirement gathering and prepare functional specifications.
• Design and implement Zoho solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, Zoho Flow, etc.
• Configure Zoho applications according to business requirements.
• Design CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, approval processes, blueprints, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure business automation and integrations between Zoho applications.
• Work with APIs and third-party applications where required.
• Prepare process documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with developers for technical issues.
• Recommend improvements to existing Zoho implementations.
