Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and similar apps.
• 7-12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Good knowledge of databases, workflows, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of trading business processes (procurement, inventory, sales, logistics).

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory).
