Job description

JD - Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily uploads of recorded videos, YouTube Shorts, live classes, and community posts.
• Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and faculty for smooth content delivery and scheduling.
• SEO & Optimization: Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and manage playlists to boost discoverability and retention.
• Channel Management: Oversee YouTube homepage layout, featured sections, and video-level Optimization (end screens, cards, thumbnails, etc.).
• Content Planning & Analysis: Work with faculty to plan subject-wise content, analyze performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Analytics & Growth Tracking: Monitor YouTube Analytics, track views, watch time, CTR, subscribers, and report daily/weekly/monthly growth trends.
• Community Engagement: Post engaging community polls, updates, and celebratory posts to increase channel interaction.
• Trend Monitoring & Competitor Research: Stay updated with YouTube trends and perform daily analysis of competitor channels to identify high‑performing formats.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing YouTube channels (preferably in the EdTech sector).
