Job summary

EY in Pune, India is seeking a Workday Total Rewards Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation to support implementation, enhancements, and production support.

You will design compensation and benefits configurations, manage reward cycles, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance to deliver global compensation programs. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
• Experience supporting annual compensation cycles.
• Knowledge of Benefits configuration preferred.
• Exposure to Core HCM, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Talent, and Finance modules.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
