Job summary

EZE Cloud Consulting is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience to implement, configure, and support the Advanced Compensation module. You will configure merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements, while building secure roles, reports, and dashboards to empower client processes.

You will collaborate with client project teams, HR, and stakeholders to translate requirements into workable Workday configurations,

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience as Workday Advanced compensation Consultant.
• Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.
• Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.
• Active Workday certification is desired.
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct health checks for clients already live on Workday and define a roadmap for optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and related design approaches.
• Ability to absorb new technologies quickly.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.

A Workday Advanced compensation Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience handling Workday Compensation configurations, workflows.

Skills and Qualification

• 3 to 7 years of experience as Workday Advanced compensation Consultant.
• Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.
• Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.
• Active Workday certification is desired.
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
