Job summary

Iitjobs Inc. seeks a seasoned Workday specialist in Bengaluru to drive Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions. You will bring 5+ years hands-on experience, two full lifecycle implementations, and deep payroll knowledge to design and configure effective processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with Workday APIs and security, integrations, and reporting. Joining time is 15-30 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management in an analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design go-live).
• Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance.
