Cerebra is seeking an experienced Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, with proven experience in business process design, integrations, testing, reporting, and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process design, integrations, testing, reporting and production support.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations and stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules based on business requirements.
• Design and implement absence plans, leave accruals, eligibility rules, carryover policies, and leave conversion calculations.
• Configure time tracking components including Time Entry Codes, Time Calculation Rules, Time Entry Templates, Time Clock Events, Work Schedules, Shift Configurations, Overtime Rules, Holiday Calendars.
• Configure staffing events and worker eligibility impacting absence and time processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Workday best practices.
• Configure and maintain business processes related to Leave Requests, Time Entry, Time Approvals and Absence Requests.
• Coordinate production deployments and post-go-live support activities.
