Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an experienced Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to configure, implement, and support workforce management solutions within Workday HCM. The role focuses on configuring Absence Management, Time Tracking, and related business processes across multiple Indian locations.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of Workday experience, strong configuration and testing skills, and a track record of delivering successful Workday deployments and reports. Immediate joiners encouraged.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules.
• Experience configuring Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Proficiency in testing and production support processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking modules.
• Set up absence plans, leave accruals, eligibility rules, carryover policies, and leave calculations.
• Configure time entry codes, calculation rules, work schedules, shifts, overtime, and holiday calendars.
• Manage business processes for leave requests, time entry, approvals, and self-service.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis with HR, Payroll, Operations and business teams.
• Prepare test cases and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Support Workday releases, deployments, incident resolution, and RCA.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
