Job summary

EY Mumbai is seeking an experienced Workday Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting configurations, implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. You will manage job requisitions, candidate lifecycle, interview processes, and offers while ensuring alignment with security and compliance across core HR functions.

The role requires strong communication, deep Workday expertise, and proven experience across full lifecycle implementations and multi-country environments.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting.
• At least one full Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Integrations, Reporting, and Security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
