SPADTEK Solutions is hiring a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant for a Bangalore-based hybrid role. You will gather business requirements, configure Workday modules, and support integrations.

• Hands-on Workday HCM and related modules (Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits).
• Strong Workday integrations experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
• Expertise in Workday reporting, calculated fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in Business Process configuration and Workday security.
• Data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting understanding.
• Knowledge of SQL/XML/XSLT and integration concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Configure and support Workday modules based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday APIs.

Required Skills

• 8 10 years of overall IT experience with strong Workday Techno-Functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM and one or more modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, or Benefits.
• Strong experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Expertise in Workday reporting, calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in Business Process configuration and Workday security.
• Good understanding of data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL/XML/XSLT knowledge and integration concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Workday certification in HCM or Integrations.
• Experience with Prism Analytics.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
