Job summary

Quantiphi in Mumbai is seeking a Workday System Specialist to join our team. You will evaluate features, configure business processes, and support security and governance within Workday.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality end-user support while contributing to our Workday Community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Workday in an administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of HCM processes and security.
• Experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, tenant configuration, release management and security maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
• Experience in Workday discovery and design sessions is a plus.
• Familiarity with multiple Workday modules is a plus.

• Complete functional testing and resolve any known issues to ensure business continuity

Core Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Workday in an administrative role
• Strong Knowledge of HCM processes and Security
• Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting
• Previous experience configuring business processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties within Workday.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and part of a team
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, and end users.
• Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts.
• Previous experience participating in Workday discovery and design sessions would be an asset
• Familiarity with multiple Workday modules is a plus
