Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Certifications & Experience

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
• Proven track record delivering at least 3-5 full-cycle Workday integration projects
• Experience conducting integration assessments or health checks

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security model, and data structures
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools: EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Report Writer
• Working knowledge of integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, web services
• Experience with integration middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles

Domain Expertise

• Deep knowledge of HR business processes across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, and Time Tracking
• Experience with data migration and conversion projects
• Exposure to M&A integration scenarios including carve-outs, consolidations, or acquisitions
• Understanding of downstream/upstream system integrations (ADP, Fidelity, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification(s) - Core, Studio, or Cloud Connect
• Additional Workday certifications (HCM, Security, Reporting)
• Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics
• Knowledge of Workday Financial Management integrations
• Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting firms
• Experience in multiple Workday deployment methodologies (Launch, Deploy, Extend)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management approaches
• Background in change management and training delivery
