Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. in India is seeking a Workday Project Coordinator & Administrator (Generalist) with 4–7 years of hands-on Workday experience, including HCM and employee lifecycle processes.

You will support business processes, configurations, testing, and issue tracking. The role requires strong coordination across HR, IT, and finance, excellent communication, data accuracy, and the ability to translate requirements into system specs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday reporting.
• General exposure to Workday Projects and/or Expenses.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, Finance, or other third-party platforms.
• Experience working with a Workday AMS provider.
• Experience supporting a global or multi-country employee population.
• Experience operating within a private-equity-backed, acquisitive, professional-services, or rapidly evolving organization.
• Experience supporting system and process integration following acquisitions.
• Workday training or certifications are beneficial but not required.
