Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of HCM processes and security.
• Experience with ticketing systems and case management.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and security maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, methods and concepts.
• Workday discovery and design session experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with multiple Workday modules is a plus.
• Attention to detail; Workday Certification would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new features and enhancements

Core Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Workday in an administrative role
• Strong Knowledge of HCM processes and Security
• Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting
• Previous experience configuring business processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties within Workday.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and part of a team
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, and end users.
• Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts.
• Previous experience participating in Workday discovery and design sessions would be an asset
• Familiarity with multiple Workday modules is a plus
• Keen attention to detail
• Workday Certification would be an asset
