Job summary

LTM is seeking a seasoned Workday HR Reporting Analyst to design, develop and maintain comprehensive Workday reports and analytics across HR domains. The role requires 12+ years of experience and is based in Pan India with remote work options and standard IST working hours.

The ideal candidate will drive reporting improvements, partner with HR and business stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely insights for workforce decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize Workday reports across HR domains.
• Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet HR requirements.
• Manage Workday modules in reporting: Core HR, PS, Workforce Administration, Talent and Performance, Benefits and Compensation.
• Maintain and enhance reporting solutions and troubleshoot user issues.
• Establish and document reporting processes, SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to reporting quality and service delivery.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders for requirements gathering and reviews.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for workforce decisions.
• Analyze Workday updates to assess impact on reporting and implement changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in reporting practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and governance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and optimize Workday reports including Advanced Matrix Composite and Advanced Matrix reports
• Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet complex HR and business requirements
• Manage Workday modules such as Core HR PS Workforce Administration Recruitment Security Talent and Performance Benefits and Compensation in reporting
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions troubleshoot and resolve userreported issues
• Establish and document reporting processes SOPs workflows and governance frameworks
• Define and monitor KPIs related to reporting quality accuracy and service delivery
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders for requirements gathering and reporting reviews
• Provide insights and recommendations for datadriven workforce decisionmaking
• Analyze Workday updates to assess impact and implement necessary reporting changes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation and adoption of best practices
• Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and compliance with governance standards
• Lead knowledge sharing and contribute to team capability building
