You will develop advanced reports, dashboards and data-driven insights to support global HR standards while ensuring data privacy and governance.

Responsibilities include managing Workday modules, configuring calculated fields, and driving continuous improvement through automation and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics in Workday
• Strong proficiency with Workday Report Writer and reporting tools
• Experience across Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Compensation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize Workday reports including Advanced Matrix and Composite reports
• Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet complex HR requirements
• Manage Workday modules in reporting and ensure data integrity
• Create dashboards providing workforce insights aligned with HR standards
• Establish SOPs, workflows and KPIs for reporting governance
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and drive data-driven decisions
• Monitor Workday releases and implement reporting enhancements
• Promote automation and best practices in reporting

Roles and Responsibilities
Design develop and optimize Workday reports including Advanced Matrix Composite and Advanced Matrix reports
Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet complex HR and business requirements
Manage Workday modules such as Core HR PS Workforce Administration Recruitment Security Talent and Performance Benefits and Compensation in reporting
Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions troubleshoot and resolve user reported issues
Establish and document reporting processes SOPs workflows and governance frameworks
Define and monitor KPIs related to reporting quality accuracy and service delivery
Partner with HR and business stakeholders for requirements gathering and reporting reviews
Provide insights and recommendations for data driven workforce decision making
Analyze Workday updates to assess impact and implement necessary reporting changes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation and adoption of best practices
Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and compliance with governance standards
Lead knowledge sharing and contribute to team capability building
