Capgemini in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Manager to design and implement complex Workday reports and dashboards. You will partner with clients to translate reporting requirements into actionable Workday solutions, ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities include prioritizing HR reporting, advising on optimizations, documenting processes, and conducting training sessions to share best practices across teams. Night shifts are required in this role.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
• Proficient in designing and implementing complex Workday reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand reporting requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Design, develop, implement and test Workday reports and dashboards using Report Writer and analytics tools.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating and reconciling report results with source data.
• Prioritize HR reporting queue to ensure timely delivery and clear expectations.
• Provide expert advice on optimizing Workday reporting functionalities.
• Document reporting requirements, processes and SOPs for training and reference.
• Perform data analyses and build self-service tools to assess data integrity.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions on best practices.
