Job summary

Capgemini India is looking for an SAP Cloud ALM specialist to implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise clients. You will design monitoring capabilities, dashboards, and analytics, while supporting S/4HANA transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.

The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate across functional, technical, and infrastructure teams. You will leverage SAP Solution Manager expertise for change and test management, ChaRM, ITSM, and project

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM CALM
• Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager including ChaRM, Test Suite, Monitoring, ITSM
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite
• Experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations and support projects

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM solutions for enterprise customers.
• Design and maintain monitoring capabilities (Business Process, Health, Integration, Job Monitoring).
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Leverage SAP Solution Manager for change management, test management, ChaRM, monitoring, and project delivery.
• Configure dashboards, alert management, reporting, and analytics within SAP Cloud ALM.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams for lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SAP systems, integrations, and monitoring frameworks
