• Familiarity with Workday release management and UAT/testing
• Workday Recruitment certification is a value-added advantage

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes, job requisitions, candidate management workflows, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes.
• Design and implement recruiting solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct system workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Good to have Workday release management knowledge.
• Workday Recruitment certification is a value-added advantage.
