Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Workday Recruitment Functional Consultant with 5-8 years in HRIS/Workday and deep expertise in the Workday Recruiting module. The role focuses on gathering requirements, configuring recruiting processes, and driving end-to-end optimization across global recruitment operations.

The candidate will design business processes, manage stakeholders, support integrations, and collaborate with IT and HR teams to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in HRMS/HCM applications, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Workday Recruiting, Candidate Lifecycle Management, Offer Management and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience in Workday implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Knowledge of integrations with onboarding, background verification, job boards, and third-party recruiting platforms.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain the Workday Recruiting module based on business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Design and implement recruiting processes including Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management, Background Verification, Onboarding integration.
• Configure business processes, security roles, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Support Workday releases and perform impact assessments for new features.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare functional specifications and support system testing (SIT/UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Work closely with integration teams on interfaces between Workday and third-party applications.

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruitment Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of overall HRIS/Workday experience and strong expertise in the Workday Recruiting module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Workday Recruiting, supporting integrations, managing stakeholder communications, and driving end-to-end recruitment process optimization.

• Workday Recruiting Certification (preferred).
• Exposure to Workday HCM, Talent Management, or Onboarding modules.
• Experience working with global recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and reporting framework.
