Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Bengaluru, India seeks a Workday Recruiting Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing use of Workday Recruiting for our partners. You will coordinate across the project lifecycle from planning to deployment and configure core recruiting processes in Workday.

You will run workshops to identify requirements, test recruiting scenarios, train end users, and assist change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in configuring Workday Recruiting module.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and business processes.
• Familiarity with integrations such as job boards, career sites, and third‑party vendors is a plus.
• Workday Recruiting certification is preferred.

Join our team as a Workday Recruiting Consultant and contribute to the successful implementation and support of Workday Recruiting solutions for our partners. This role involves coordinating and contributing to all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Your missions

• Collaborate in the project framework, including planning, organization, and governance setup
• Conduct workshops to identify and specify recruitment requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting processes such as job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and offer management
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of configurations
• Define and execute testing scenarios to validate recruiting solutions
• Support deployment and provide user assistance during the transition
• Deliver training sessions to end users and support change management initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to optimize recruiting workflows

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in Workday Recruiting projects, including implementation, support, or enhancements
• Hands‑on experience in configuring Workday Recruiting module
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and business processes
• Familiarity with integrations such as job boards, career sites, and third‑party vendors is a plus
• Workday Recruiting certification is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Dynamic, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
