Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday integration experience.
• Strong hands-on development and implementation experience.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and JSON integrations.
• Understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and troubleshooting.
• Workday Integration certification preferred.
• Experience in client-facing engagements is an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our growing Workday practice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Workday integrations, with expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations across the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Workday integrations based on business requirements.
• Work on EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third‑party applications.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Support end‑to‑end integration development, from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
• Work closely with functional consultants, clients, and technical teams to resolve integration‑related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment/support documentation.
• Monitor integrations and proactively identify and resolve failures or data issues.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Experience

3+ years of relevant Workday Integration experience, with strong hands‑on development and implementation experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex Workday Studio integrations.
• Exposure to Workday Extend and/or Workday Orchestrate.
• Experience integrating Workday with third‑party HR, payroll, finance, or benefits systems.
• Knowledge of security concepts and authentication mechanisms used in Workday integrations.
