• Attention to detail in complex data mapping scenarios

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant with deep expertise in HR technology and integration solutions. This role will focus on delivering integration fixes and enhancements. The ideal candidate brings both Integrations with connectors and studio integration skills to help the clients.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Strategy & Delivery

• Execute Workday integration projects across various integration types (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Custom APIs)
• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party systems
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and communicate effectively with clients and other key stakeholders.

Technical Excellence

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, including error handling and monitoring
• Maintain integration documentation including technical specifications, data dictionaries, and runbooks
• Establish integration best practices and governance frameworks
• Monitor integration performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency

Client Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on integration strategy and HR technology optimization
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders including technical and business audiences
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively

Required Qualifications

Certifications & Experience

• Workday Integration Certification(s) - Core, Studio, or Cloud Connect
• 3-5 years of hands‑on Workday integration experience
• Proven track record of working on Workday integration projects focusing on customer interaction
• Excellent communication skills

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Workday architecture
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools: EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Report Writer
• Working knowledge of integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, web services

Domain Expertise

• Deep knowledge of HR business processes across HCM, Payroll
• Understanding of downstream/upstream system integrations (ADP, Fidelity, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting firms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management approaches
