Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying critical HR data integrations to and from Workday. You will work within a Dev/Ops squad to support integrations that underpin key HR processes and offerings. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern IT methodologies and gain significant experience in Workday Studio-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a Workday Integrations Dev/Ops squad to support approximately 350 integrations.
• Gather requirements, design, document, and manage end-to-end data flow for new integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
• Perform hands-on Workday configuration and code updates to ensure integrations deliver the required business outcomes.
• Develop and support global payroll integrations based on PECI, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
• Recommend, build, test, and deploy new integrations using leading-edge approaches.
• Maintain an understanding of leading practices and solutions for Workday integration services.

Essential Experience:

• At least 6+ years of Workday Studio-based experience (preferably documented via Workday certification).
• Significant experience with Workday functional configuration, including working with calculated fields.
• Proficiency in working with XML-based files.
• Experience with Workday PECI/PICOF-based programs.
• Experience with end-to-end integration services running on the Workday platform.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external groups.

Desirable Experience:

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern IT tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).
• Understanding of change control processes and practical ability to test changes
• Familiarity with payroll products and services, especially ADP Globalview.
• Experience working with web services, APIs, and file transmissions (SFTP, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Workday certification is preferred.
