Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to lead the design, development and delivery of comprehensive Workday integrations. You will work with business stakeholders to identify problem areas and ensure integration reliability across platforms, including EIBs and Core Connectors.

The role emphasizes SME-level expertise in Workday Studio, extensive knowledge of web services and data mapping, and a proven ability to document requirements and communicate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Workday Studio.
• Strong background in integrations using Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Java.
• Proven capability to document requirements and design integrations.
• Excellent client relationship skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on large collections of Workday integrations.

Job description

• Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of Workday integrations
• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday Integrations
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle
• Work with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and overall impact of projects
• Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders. Develop plans to more forward the overall Workday strategy
• Partner with business leaders and IT teams to align on objectives and programs
• Understand data flows and system usage between internal systems and Workday, driving alignment with other system owners
• Develop new and modify existing Finance integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies including PGP / SSH key management, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.
• Good knowledge of Extend, Prism and Conversion activities
• Provide production support for clients on Workday integrations, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or user access to resolve issues
• Partner with business clients to gather and document business requirements
• Partner with colleagues in the design, testing and support of Workday integrations
• Participate in walk-throughs which review integration changes, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, while providing feedback in accordance with department standards and guidelines
