Job summary

Greif Vietnam Limited is seeking a Workday & HRIS Integrations Analyst to join our global HR technology team. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable Workday integrations, ensuring governance and security across enterprise applications.

You will work in the Eastern Time Zone, collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, and drive continuous improvement through robust reporting and metadata. A Bachelor's degree and prior Workday integration project experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects.
• Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US).
• Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture and governance for Workday integrations.
• Design scalable and secure integration solutions for Workday and connected apps.
• Design, configure, deploy, test Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, APIs.
• Oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.
• Provide production support and incident analysis for HR technology integrations.
• Drive system optimization and audit compliance across global HR tech.

Workday & HRIS Integrations Analyst (Open)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy

• - Serve as the technical resource for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
• - Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.

Solution Delivery

• - Design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
• - Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.

Operations & Technical Leadership

• - Provide production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.

Continuous Improvement

• - Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.

Education and Experience:

• - Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
• - Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects
• - Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US)
• - Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone

Preferred:

• - Workday Pro certifications - Reporting, Integrations
• - US Payroll and Benefits integration experience
• - Workday Time Tracking integration experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• - In-depth understanding of object oriented architecture
• - In-depth knowledge of HR system (Workday)
• - Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• - Exceptional analytic skills and capabilities.
• - Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs.
• - Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
• - Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
• - Experience supporting a global customer base.
• - Proficient with project management methodology and tools.
