Job summary

Greif, a global leader in packaging, seeks an experienced FP&A Process Improvement & Automation Lead in India to drive automation initiatives, enhance forecasting, and deliver scalable solutions across FP&A teams.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and Data groups, coach colleagues, and apply Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate reporting. 8+ years of experience required; opportunity for growth.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize FP&A process improvement and automation opportunities
• Develop and implement automation and AI solutions
• Improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and other recurring FP&A processes
• Develop scalable solutions that can be used across FP&A teams
• Support and coach FP&A colleagues in using automation and AI tools
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the FP&A community
• Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams where required
• Track improvement initiatives and their business impact

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes including the development and analysis of financial reports and budgets
• Experience in process improvement, automation or analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL or Python
• Strong interest and practical experience in generative AI and AI-enabled workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and regions
