The role of Workday & HRIS Integrations Analyst focuses on defining and delivering scalable integration architectures for Workday and connected systems across worldwide HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday integration experience, a track record of successful projects, and the ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven track record delivering multiple Workday integration projects.
• Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including US).
• Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical resource for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions for Workday and connected apps.
• Design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
• Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, and audit compliance to improve the global HR tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

• Serve as the technical resource for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.

Solution Delivery

• Design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
• Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects
• Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US)
• Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone

Preferred

• Workday Pro certifications – Reporting, Integrations
• US Payroll and Benefits integration experience
• Workday Time Tracking integration experience

Knowledge and Skills

• In-depth understanding of object oriented architecture
• In-depth knowledge of HR system (Workday)
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional analytic skills and capabilities.
• Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
• Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
• Experience supporting a global customer base.
• Proficient with project management methodology and tools.
