Job summary

Greif is seeking a Senior Workday & HRIS Integrations Architect to lead Workday integration design and delivery across global HR operations. The role focuses on scalable, secure integrations, from architecture to production support, with mentoring of the technical team.

Required is a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, proven Workday integration experience, and strong analytical and project management skills. Preference for Workday Pro certifications and payroll/time-tracking integration exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field and hands-on work experience.
• Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects.
• Experience supporting global, multinational HR operations (including the US).

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical architect and SME for Workday integrations and define enterprise integration architecture.
• Design scalable, secure integration solutions for Workday and connected applications.
• Lead design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee SDLC delivery.
• Provide advanced production support, monitoring, and governance for HR tech integrations.
• Mentor team members and promote development standards and best practices.
• Drive system optimization, reporting strategy, and audit compliance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

• Serve as the technical architect and primary SME for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.

Solution Delivery

• Lead the design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.

Operations & Technical Leadership

• Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
• Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.

Education And Experience

• Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
• Provan tracj record of completing multiple Workday integration projects
• Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US)

Preferred

• Workday Pro certifications.
• Payroll/time tracking integration experience.

Knowledge And Skills

• In-depth understanding of object oriented architecture
• In-depth knowledge of HR system (Workday)
