Job summary

Adroitent Inc. is seeking a leader to drive end-to-end Workday HR technology programs in Hyderabad, India. You will define roadmaps, scopes, timelines, budgets and success metrics aligned with HR and business strategy.

You will manage cross-functional teams across HR, IT, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and within budget while ensuring go-live readiness and seamless integration with Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Finance systems.

• Define program roadmaps, scope, timelines, budgets and success metrics in alignment with HR and business strategy.
• Manage cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors and business stakeholders) to deliver Workday initiatives on time and within budget.
• Oversee requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, data migration, integrations and go-live readiness.
• Drive governance, risk management, change management and communication plans across all Workday HR technology projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with other systems (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Finance and third-party apps).
• Monitor program progress, resolve escalations and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Champion Workday best practices, continuous improvement and adoption to maximize ROI from HR technology investments.
