Job summary

Peoplefy is seeking a skilled HR technology professional to drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of Workday and other HR systems. You will act as a functional expert across Workday domains, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders, lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionality, and ensure data quality, security and governance in line with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expert across multiple Workday domains, providing expertise on system capabilities, configuration, best practices and emerging technologies.
• Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient and user‑centric technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of Workday and the broader HR technology landscape through automation, process simplification and optimization initiatives.
• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of new functionality, enhancements and technology initiatives across multiple HR domains.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality, ensuring alignment with global standards, business requirements and enterprise architecture principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee, manager and HR user experiences by leveraging technology, self‑service capabilities, automation and AI‑driven features.
• Support integration and data flows between Workday and other enterprise applications, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance and governance within assigned areas, including GDPR, access controls, audit requirements and corporate IT policies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution while maintaining system reliability, operational excellence and business continuity.
• Evaluate and leverage new Workday capabilities, automation technologies, reporting insights and AI‑enabled features to drive business value and innovation.
