Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Associate Workday Benefits Consultant in India to lead and implement Workday Benefits configurations for clients. Certification in Workday Benefits is required, with proven experience configuring retirement, health, PTO and related plans.

You will gather requirements, test configurations, and collaborate with partners to deliver successful deployments. You will also assist in data conversion and respond to client needs, ensuring smooth project delivery

Qualifications

• Certification in Workday Benefits is a must.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Benefits implementations or related ERP/HCM domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday Benefits configurations including retirement, health, PTO and other benefits.
• Lead client sessions to gather requirements and map them to Workday standard functionality.
• Configure benefits, test configurations, and demonstrate prototypes to clients.
• Assist with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday.
• Resolve functional issues and advise on complex business scenarios.

Associates gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience…and that translates to career growth.Let’s get to work – together.Requirements:As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Benefits Solution.Certification in Workday Benefits is a must.You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.In-depth knowledge of how benefits plan such as retirement plans (403b) are setup in benefits/payroll functional areas.You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.Design and implement requirements in the Workday Benefits solution including company benefits program, which can include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing plans, PTO and other leave programs, and other voluntary benefits.Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios.Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.Preferences:Substantial and measurable delivery within the ERP/Workday HCM workstreams of 2 or more Benefits implementations.Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday workstream.Current active Workday Benefits Certification.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.Must be able to setup benefit plans and experience of working on open enrollment will be added advantage.Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.Position LevelAssociateCountryIndia
