Job summary

Huron Consulting Group in Bengaluru, India seeks an Associate level Workday specialist with 5+ years in Time Tracking and Absence implementations. You will lead client projects, configure Workday solutions, and collaborate with partners to ensure successful deployment.

You will conduct sessions to gather requirements, assist in data migration, and test the designed solutions, delivering effective, validated configurations for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
• Global Time Tracking and Absence experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project work streams for Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Configure and test derived Workday solutions with clients and partners.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototype development.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather requirements and map to Workday standards.
