Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Workday Reporting Senior Associate in Bengaluru. You will participate actively on project teams, translating legacy reporting into Workday reports and dashboards across HCM, Financials, and Student modules.

You will build analytics, communicate with leadership, and help refine reporting methodologies. The role requires substantial experience in Workday reporting, strong problem-solving, and the ability to train others in project-management and technical

Qualifications

• Participate actively as a Reporting consultant on one or more project teams.
• Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.
• Understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules like HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset.
• Support key communication to project and client leadership.
• Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
• Support the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience.
