Job summary

Huron is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Workday practice in India. The role focuses on delivering Time Tracking and Absence implementations for diverse clients, with emphasis on data conversion, testing, and client collaboration.

You will work with senior teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. As part of the team, you will leverage Workday methodologies and best practices, mentor junior staff, and engage in multiple projects while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience for customers of all sizes.
• Knowledge of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
• Payroll knowledge and strong understanding of Payroll legislation (advantage).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project work streams using Huron tools and methodologies.
• Manage work plans, analytics, reporting and client interfaces/presentations.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership while mentoring junior staff.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototype development and testing.
• Convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing solutions.
• Coordinate working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.

Requirement

• Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must
• Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)
• 5+ years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience, for customers of all sizes
• Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
• Knowledge in Payroll and Excellent understanding of Payroll legislation (Additional Advantage)
• Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions
• You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
• Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
• You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
• Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

Preferences

• Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more Time Tracking and Absence implementations for at least two phases
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
