Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a Workday Extend Developer in Hyderabad to architect, design, and deliver custom Workday Extend applications. You will build integrations with external systems and Workday features, collaborate with HR/Finance/IT stakeholders, and ensure secure, compliant solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in Workday Extend development, hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and web services, and a strong foundation in Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience developing with Workday Extend and the Workday platform.
• Proficiency with Workday Extend, Workday Studio, EIB, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and Workday’s API framework.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Development Methodologies:
  Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Problem Solving:

• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certification(s) in Extend and related modules.
• Prior experience with Workday Prism, Workday Integration Cloud, and BIRT.
• Familiarity with financial, payroll, or HCM business processes.
• Previous experience mentoring junior developers or leading project teams.
• Experience in regulated industries (utilities, banking, healthcare, etc.).
