Job summary

Augusta Infotech is seeking an experienced Workday Integration and Extend Developer in Bengaluru to focus on Integration and Extend Apps support and development for Workday HCM and related HR functions.

Expect hands-on work with EIB, cloud connect/core connector, Workday Studio, XSLT, and report development. Exposure to version upgrades and in-house HR applications will be valuable.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of IT experience with 2-3 years in Workday Integration and Extend development.
• Certified Workday Integration and Extend preferred.
• Exposure to Workday version upgrade activities.
• Expertise in report development using report writer and EIB, cloud connect/core connector including payroll interface, DT and Workday Studio.
• Good knowledge of XSLT and XML.
• Extend apps Dev and Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Workday Integration and Extend Apps for HCM modules.
• Support Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance, Time Tracking, and Talent Management.
• Participate in analysis, design, and production implementations for in-house HR applications.

Job description

Hiring, Workday Integration, Extend Developers with following skills and experience.

Essential Skills:

• 4-6 years of overall IT experience with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration and Extend development
• EIB, cloud connect/core connector (including payroll interface), DT and Workday Studio, Workday Reports, calculated fields, XSLT, Workday Docs, BIRT, Business Process.
• Workday Integration certified and Extend Certified Preferred.
• Exposure of workday version upgrade activities.

The position is for an experienced Workday Integration and Extend Developer in the Corporate Enablers and will primarily be focussed on Integration and Extend Apps support and development for Workday Human Capital Management/Core HR, Absence management, Benefits, Compensation, recruitment, Performance, Time Tracking and Talent management functions.

• Expertise/ Hands on experience on report development using report writer & Integration development using EIB, cloud connect/core connector including payroll interface, DT and Workday Studio. Good knowledge of XSLT and XML.
• Good to have Experience in Extend apps Dev and Support.
• He/She will also participate in application development and support of critical in-house HR applications. Responsibilities will include analysis, design and production. Implementation along with support for all these applications.
