Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is hiring for a Workday Extend Consultant role in India. We are seeking professionals with strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend application development and integrations.

The ideal candidate will develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications, collaborate with HR, Finance and IT teams, and ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality deliverables across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend experience.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proven ability to develop at least two Workday Extend applications end-to-end.
• Workday Extend Certification – mandatory.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON and Agile methodologies.

• Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing at least 2 Workday Extend applications end-to-end.
• Experience with Model Objects, Orchestrations, and Security Domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and Agile methodologies.
• Workday Extend Certification – Mandatory.
• Workday Integration experience is an added advantage.
• O4I Certification – Preferred, but not mandatory.
