Certification(s) Preferred:

Active Workday Extend certification

Required Skills:

• Active Workday Extend Certification.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying Extend solutions for Workday Customers.
• Workday Extend support experience and ability to work on multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Workday Extend configuration, including data modeling, business process customization, and integration development
• Well versed with Business Processes, Security Group configurations, Calculated Fields.
• Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements.
• Good project & time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Good to have experience on advance reports and other Workday certifications.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, BIRT, Payroll (PECI/PICOF) and various middleware Integrations, Connectors, Matrix, Composite reports, etc.
• Knowledge of Workday security framework, custom fields and custom reports.
• Integration experience in either of Human Resources, Payroll or Financials Management.
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
