Job summary

Agilysis Global It Solutions is seeking a Workday Extend Consultant to support and develop the Extend apps for the client. The role requires analyzing tickets, implementing break-fixes, and building new features while collaborating with clients to capture requirements.

You will act as a Workday Extend SME, perform testing, document solutions, and provide end-user support for configurations and data issues.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Workday Extend and Integrations required.
• At least 2 years of Workday Extend experience required.
• Excellent communication skills. Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tickets, perform fixes and new builds of the existing Workday Extend apps.

• Work with clients to understand requirements and provide efficient and innovative solutions to complex problems Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Extend and provide guidance to clients and team members Perform unit testing and facilitate end user testing of the implemented solution
• Provide end-user support and address issues with configurations or data
