Job summary

Arganois is seeking an experienced Workday Extend Consultant to support Workday implementation and AMS engagements. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday Extend integrations while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong Extend skills, excellent communication, and hands-on Workday Studio/PECI experience, plus familiarity with EIB, CCW, REST/SOAP APIs and Workday security and business processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience in Workday technical consulting and integrations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and PECI is mandatory.
• Experience with Workday Orchestrate, Core Connectors/CCW, EIB, Workday Web Services, REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of Workday Business Processes, security, reporting and cross-module data flows.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations as well as post-production/AMS engagements.
• Ability to independently handle requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong customer-facing, communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Workday Extend, Orchestrate or Studio/Integration certifications are preferred but are not mandatory.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday Extend/integrations while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions throughout the Workday lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong technical extend skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a client facing consulting environment. Experience supporting Workday Extend and Workday integrations is highly preferred.

• Experience with Workday Orchestrate, Core Connectors/CCW, EIB, Workday Web Services, REST APIs and SOAP APIs
• Good understanding of Workday Business Processes, security, reporting and cross-module data flows
• Experience supporting Workday implementations as well as post-production/AMS engagements
• Ability to independently handle requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment and production support
• Strong customer‑facing, communication and troubleshooting skills
• Workday Extend, Studio and PECI should be treated as the primary screening criteria. Candidates without the required hands‑on experience in these areas should not be shortlisted.
