Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is hiring an experienced Workday HCM & Payroll Consultant for our client. The role requires strong hands-on Workday HCM and Payroll expertise and guidance through configuration and business processes.

You will configure and support Workday HCM and Payroll modules, gather requirements, design business processes, assist with integrations, testing, deployment, and post-production support, while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and HCM.
• Understanding of Core HCM and Payroll processes.
• Experience in Workday configuration and business processes.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and data management.
• Experience in Payroll processing, calculations, deductions, and compliance.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and testing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
