Seeking a Workday Payroll Certification specialist with 6-10+ years of HRIS/Payroll Systems/Payroll Operations experience and 4+ years of hands‑on Workday support expertise. This role requires providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for Workday Payroll and related modules. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving payroll processing issues, calculation discrepancies, integration failures, and data quality concerns; managing support tickets and incidents per SLAs; performing root cause analysis; supporting payroll processing activities (calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, retroactive adjustments, off‑cycle payrolls); ensuring payroll configurations align with business policies and regulatory requirements; and assisting with payroll validation and sign‑off activities.
