Lonvec Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to provide L2/L3 payroll support from our Hyderabad office. The role focuses on payroll processing, configurations, calculations, and costing while troubleshooting issues across Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Finance integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of HRIS/Payroll experience, with at least 4+ years in hands-on Workday Payroll support and a Workday Payroll Certification.

• Experience with multi-country payroll, SIT/UAT testing, and bi-annual Workday releases.

• Manage retro adjustments, off-cycle payrolls, and payroll costing.
• Support Workday integrations with Time & Attendance, Benefits, Finance/ERP, and regulatory systems.

Workday Payroll Consultant – L2/L3 Support

Looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant with 6–10+ years of HRIS/Payroll experience and at least 4+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll support experience. The consultant will provide L2/L3 support for Workday Payroll, troubleshoot payroll processing issues, calculation discrepancies, integration failures, and data quality issues.Responsibilities include payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, retro adjustments, off-cycle payrolls, payroll costing, reconciliation, validation, period-end activities, and payroll sign-off. The consultant will also support Workday integrations with Time & Attendance, Benefits, Finance/ERP, banking interfaces, and tax/regulatory systems.Experience with payroll reporting, dashboards, audit controls, Workday security, SIT/UAT testing, Workday bi-annual releases, multi-country payroll, Prism Analytics, and People Analytics is preferredMust Have: Workday Payroll CertificationWork Mode: 5 days work from office
